The Montana Board of Realty Regulation regulates real estate education requirements in Montana. The Montana B.R.R. requires Montana REALTORS® to have twelve (12) hours of continuing education credits each year. It is required that at least 4 of those credits be mandatory credits. Montana REALTORS® are required to have all twelve (12) credits completed by October 31, 2008. The Montana Board of Realty Regulation also holds a mandatory Rookie Class for new Licensees, designed by a team of brokers, lenders, title company managers, and real estate educators to augment prelicensing education and training for new agents.
