MOR HONOR ROLL: Respect for Peers - Respect for Public - Respect for Property

The goal of the MOR Honor Roll is to recognize those individual MOR members, either REALTORS® or Affiliates, who, in the course of their everyday business activities, have gone above and beyond by showing the highest level of professionalism in the following areas: respect for peers, respect for the public and respect for property.

 Honor Roll Nominee: Claudia Hall

Office: Stewart Title

Willingness to get on board and educate her colleagues as well as peripheral professionals in her arena.  She demonstrates true professionalism and class to all generations.  She takes awkward scenarios and eases them into a pleasant experience.
Thank you Claudia for your extra efforts and attention to detail, and thank you for your respect.  Thank you for a willing attitude to be an available resource and a supportive team player.  We could learn a few tips from your example!

Nominated by Gina Hegg, Montana Dream Properties, LLC

Honor Roll Nominee: Emy Rominger

Office: Bank of America

Emy was able to keep her word!  We would close within 31 days.  In this market closing dates appear negotiable to lenders until the very end, that the lending / underwriter nightmares of late would not hold up one closing.  She would make it happen as per the buy/sell.  She was expert at getting my buyers motivated to produce all the necessary documents her underwriter wanted.  The buyers were doing a rent prior to closing with a forfeit on some funds if we didn't close by a specific date!  Emy is my chicken little lender - if she says it she means it- If Emy says the sky is falling I don't look up, I just run!  In this economy when a lender absolutely respects the closing date on a buy/sell we need to celebrate that commitment to our industry!

Honor Roll Nominee: Brigitta Miranda-Freer

Office: Lambros Real Estate ERA

When I say we had a difficult transaction, every Realtor smiles and acknowledges in their own way my pain.  But then layer an upside down seller, than add a first-time home buyer to the mix. Then stir in a short sale offer.  And whala... welcome to a toxic cocktail of real estate!  Brigitta navigated these murky waters and even rode the lender rapids to get her buyer into this new home.  From Pennsylvania I might add!  Long distance and diligent.  Together we got this transaction completed in less than 45 days.  Short sale approval in 4 days - RECORD BREAKING 4 days - with full commission too!  She was awesome to work with, and when we do it right people need to hear it.

Honor Roll Nominee: Cindy Bartling

Office: Lambros Real Estate ERA

Cindy and I recently completed a very difficult transaction.  Cindy was very professional, helpful, organized and negotiated in a very effective manner.  I truly believe that this deal would not have happened if she had not been willing to go above and beyond.  Thank You Cindy!

Honor Roll Nominee:
Kim Kendrick

Office: Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

Kim Kendrick exceeds my expectations.  She always returns my calls, and takes care of my clients.  She is honest, friendly, hardworking and professional.  She has been in the business a short time, but has surpassed the odds.  She puts her clients first and it shows by the volume of transaction she has closed.  I hope you choose to pick her because if any Lender deserves the recognition, she does!  Kim joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2006.
