Use the Quick Property Search panel on the right to search for property listings. Begin by choosing the property type. You can enter as little or as much additional search criteria as you like. The more you enter, the more specific your search.

When you are finished choosing search criteria, click the Search button to initiate your search. For more search criteria, click the Advanced Search button. You can return to your search criteria at any time by clicking the Show Quick Search button.

Whether buying or selling, be realistic about the local market
Whether you are buying or selling a home, make sure that you get information about the local market.  By listening to the national media, information from other markets, or experiences of those who have previously been through the process, you may have an unrealistic expectation about the asking price if you are a seller or how to structure your offer if you are a buyer.  Basing your decisions on accurate, recent information specific to the neighborhood in which the property is located is critical to making good decisions.
