In 2016, the Missoula Organization of REALTORS (MOR) switched from the MOR MLS to the Montana Regional MLS. Due to the switch, wherever we use Montana Regional MLS data in this year’s report, the numbers may differ slightly from previous reports.

Active listings indicate the number of properties from which buyers can choose.  An increase/decrease in the number of listings indicates seller activity and may affect buyer choices.
