
Jim Bachand
Chief Executive Officer, Professional Standards Administrator
Responsible for: Jim oversees all of MOR's programs and services as well as internal operations and external functions, such as advocacy and communications.
Personal info: Jim’s past experience includes divisional Chief Operation Officer positions for 3 of the top 5 financial services organizations (Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and the ‘Last Bank’ Washington Mutual ‘WaMu’). B.A. from U of M, so yes, a proud Grizzly; however, can often be found advocating for the Bobcats, because balance is important. Master’s in leadership in human systems and organizational design, holds certifications in executive leadership coaching, adult education, and has received several national leadership awards for mergers and acquisitions in the bank industry.
Hobbies: Jim is often found on one Missoula’s local pickleball courts, when he isn’t working on home gardening projects with his husband of 22 years.

Sonya McCloney
Membership & Operations Director, Professional Standards Administrator
Responsible for: Sonya oversees MOR's membership department as well as all continuing education (CE) programs and services. She is the staff liaison for the MOR4Kids Board of Directors and is also one of two Professional Standards Adminstators on staff.
Personal info: Sonya previously worked as Manager of Customer Service in the utility industry for nearly 25 years. Sonya graduated from the University of Montana in 2001 with a B.A. in Psychology.
Hobbies: When not in the office, Sonya spends her time hiking, camping and enjoying the outdoors with her huskies.

Tyler Hull
Office Adminstrator
Responsible for: Tyler supports the MOR office by performing a wide range of administrative and office support activities including front desk reception, handling general membership questions, managing the Sentrikey Lockbox program, and providing executive assistance to the CEO.
Personal info: Prior to his time at MOR, Tyler has held multiple positions within the auto industry, ranging from: detailing, rental cars, luxury auto sales, and more. He recently completed his degree program through the University of Montana, where he chose to study Business Management, with a concentration in Sales and Marketing.
Hobbies: You can often find Tyler floating the river during the summer, or out exploring forest service roads in his Jeep during the spring and fall.

Carly Griffin
Membership & Communications Coordinator
Responsible for: Carly is a part-time staff member handling general membership questions, on-boarding of new members, and assists with MOR’s education and event planning. She also manages MOR’s membership communications including the association’s website, social media, and e-newsletter.
Personal info: Originally from Nashville, TN, Carly has 10+ years of communications and marketing experience in industries including real estate, multi-family, and the nonprofit sector. She relocated to Missoula in 2019 and soon after received her real estate license. She and her husband Chris have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and fun fact, they met while both living in Philipsburg, MT from 2010 to 2012.
Hobbies: In her spare time, she enjoys curating Spotify playlists, planning her next trip, collecting vinyl, and exploring Missoula.
